In 1997, Topfine Commissioned HKPC (Hong Kong Productivity Council) together with BSI (British Standard Institution) to implement the CE Certification process for Topfine machines.

This results in a brand new series of Topfine machines, namely the 2000.CE Series, which is in conformity with the European Machinery Directive, Low Directive and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Directive.
